Expressive Art Journaling: A Creative Journey of Self-Exploration


Since the beginning of organized civilization, art has always been a powerful medium for self-expression.  Expressing ourselves via a creative medium allows us to delve into our innermost thoughts and emotions, providing a visual representation of our deepest selves. One such form of art that has gained popularity in recent years is expressive art journaling.
