I've always had a love/hate relationship with social media platforms. On the one hand, they are are wonderful tools when it comes to find quick information, cute quotes or memes, and for keeping in touch with old friends. On the other hand, if you are not careful, they can become time-wasters of epic proportion!
I've heard it said that the internet is a tool, you should use it as such. I don't want to allow this program, a cell phone, a computer screen, a social media page, to reel me in with it's shiny distractions and rob me of my own time.
So, on my quest to connect with others who share the same ideology, I came across the no surf movement.
