Temu Self-Care Haul

Hello, friends.  I am at it again!  Lately I am just really into self-love and self-care.  Which is all about taking time for myself and making sure I feel good inside and out.  Of course, this means more than just buying stuff and shopping (there's still deep inner work to do, skin care routines, workouts, etc).  But, I think a little retail therapy is harmless (in moderation) plus who doesn't love to pamper themselves?

This week I perused Temu for some awesome self-care finds.  Join me as I unbox my latest Temu haul and reveal some fantastic self-care goodies that'll make you feel like a million bucks without breaking the bank. We're talking skincare, wellness items, and all sorts of other treats to help you relax and feel your best

Okay, I won't lie, these two were my favorite purchases!  Both of these foot massagers are just perfect but my favorite is the top one.  Not only can I massage specific parts of my feet (which is great when my feet are particularly tired/sore) but this massager also combines a bit of acupuncture method plus it's foldable so you can actually roll it/fold it up and stuff it into your purse or bag.

I love a good massager.  Ice rollers feel amazing, I got two of those.  (They feel extra wonderful if you let them sit in the freezer a few hours before you use them).  I found a large gua sha spa back massager (this thing feels amazing on my legs and back).  Two various back scratchers, and a five-ball body massager.  Also included is an octopus body massager and a ice roller globe (also great for placing in the freezer).  And, the foot cream serum (makes my feet feel so soft).

This face mask can be used as a hot or cold compress and has holes for the nose and eyes.  It also is infused with lavender so it smells amazing.

I just love this face-pulling massager.  Not only does it feel good but it seems to smooth the skin out.  I especially like using if after applying face serum.  That is a bath pillow at the top left (not blown up yet), I can't wait to lay in my big tub and test it out.  Then we have the little cucumber-infused eye-mask patches that are lightly-scented and work wonderfully for soothing tired eyes.  And, of course, the two little crystal eye cream wands, these are great for applying eye cream and massaging under and around the eyes.

I found lots of things for the shower, including this head wrap, which is extra-soft and comfy.  Fleece wrist bands, hair scrunchies, hair clip, a hairband for when I need to wash lotion or apply facial serum.  The 9-toothed scalp massager feels phenomenal!  I also found a 7-piece gua sha massage tool kit (can't wait to use this).  I just love the little cucumber gel eye patches (I always get them really cold in the freezer before I use them) for my puffy eyes.

The other face mask compression is made of gel. It can be used heated or cold.  It actually has ties that hold it to your head.  I found a scalp massager/shampooer and hair product applicator (great for conditioning and hair dying...I don't do hair dye but you might).  The neck wrap fastens around your neck, it can be used hot or cold.

I found a matching pink spray bottle for water or hairspray, you could even use it for facial mist or with  facial primer.   A hair detangler brush.  A foot massager/foot scrubber that has suction cups on the bottom so you can actually stick it to your shower wall as a back scrubber or place it in the bottom of the tub/shower for a good foot scrub/massager.  Then we have the little packs of disposable facial towels (these are so soft and surprisingly strong).

I found a cute gel eye-mask.  It includes a tie so you can actually tie it to your face (can be used hot or cold).  And a quartz oil-absorbing roller (feels amazing on my face).

And what is a spa day without a cute little outfit to relax in?  I found this cute pajama set and slippers.  And, the grand finale, the robe towel.  It's actually a towel that doubles as a robe.  It has buttons in front and arm holes (an amazing find).  I also purchased (but not shown) another cute little pink tote to store all my goodies in!

My Temu self-care haul has been an absolute game-changer for my relaxation routine. From luxurious skincare products to stress-relieving wellness items, I am sure each product will make a significant impact on my overall well-being. And the best part? These incredible self-care goodies didn't cost a fortune!  Actually, the entire purchase was only $87!  I would have never found all this stuff that cheap anywhere else!

So, if you're looking to elevate your self-care game, I highly recommend exploring Temu's vast selection of affordable and high-quality products. Remember, taking care of yourself isn't selfish; it's essential. You deserve to feel pampered and rejuvenated every day. Happy shopping, and here's to making self-care a priority in our lives!
