First and foremost, everything here is for your PERSONAL USE only. No commercial use whatsoever!

Freebies offered on this website are WITHOUT the obligation to ever purchase anything. Although, I do have beautiful, original digital art journaling kits for purchase IN MY SHOP.

THIS TERMS OF USE APPLIES TO MY FREE DIGITAL SCRAP KITS, FREE BACKGROUNDS AND IMAGES, AS WELL AS ALL PRINTABLES!

By downlaoding my products, you agree to the following terms of use:

Creative Abundance, owners and creators there-of, retains and reserves the right to modify, update, and change the Terms of Use for all digital designs, images, and kits at anytime with or without notice. It is the customer’s/user’s responsibility to check that they are using the most current Terms of Use.

If you create art and scrap layouts exclusively for yourself, no credit is required.

However, if you plan to share images online that you created with my products, please credit me as:

'Stacy MS / Creative Abundance'' or a direct link to my website!

I PROHIBIT THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MY KITS, CLUSTERS, ETC.

What this means is, if you did not not download it directly from my blog you are not authorized to use it!

All materials, designed by owners & creators of Creative Abundance, or included within the digital kits and clusters, including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the content of your purchase from Creative Abundance, except as specified herein.

You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited in the way you may use the content of your purchase from Creative Abundance.

Creative Abundance grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the images in the Creative Abundance digital kit or digital cluster packs, printables or other items marked Personal Use, that you purchase and download in the following ways:

Terms of Use for Scrap & Art Kits

YOU MAY:

-Use my products in your unique one-of-a-kind artwork and scrapbooking layouts.

-Use them in personal art projects such as: cards, blogs, gift tags, altered art, ...they must be used as a flattened image.

-Use them in tradable printable art: ATC's, Postcards, Altered Cards on a 'tradable' basis only...no selling! Again, they must be flattened images.

-Resize and recolor the elements and papers as needed

-Create blogger banners, website design, digital art work shared online so long as everything is personal use only.

-Use the kit to create scrapbooking and page layout tutorials so long as you direct your readers and / or students to my blog to download the kit you are using. I PROHIBIT sharing my kit elements as free downloads for tutorials. Also, DO NOT offer my elements and kits for download!

-You may create Scrap For Others so long as you are doing it FOR FREE and the final image is FLATTENED

YOU MAY NOT:

-Claim my graphics, clusters, kit elements as your own.

-Share any of my kit elements, in full or singular, under ANY circumstance! I prohibit the file sharing, kit sharing, of any of my paid to use products. If friends or family like my graphics, send them to my blog to download them directly!

-Sell any banners, blog layouts, scrap pages, or anything else created with my kits. They are for Personal Use only, NO commercial use!

-Split up my kits or use ANY of my elements, tubes, or backgrounds for use inside your own kits, collage sheets, or packages for sell.

-Create designer tools with any of my kit elements, tubes, or backgrounds.

-NO free clusters are allowed to be created with my kits.

-Share, or make available, any of my images to any 3rd party! By downloading my kits, you agree by the terms and statute that you are downloading the images for YOUR USE ONLY.

-Never share any of the elements or images 'as is' or even in altered forms. They must be used to construct a new piece of flattened artwork (rather digital or hard print)

If you upload images using my graphics to your blogs or pages please credit me as 'Stacy Ms / Creative Abundance.' If it's possible, please also leave a link back to my shop or blog. This helps me gain traffic, and the more traffic the more things I am likely to sell, this helps me fund my art hobby so I can keep creating kits and freebies for you!

LIMITED LIABILITY

Creative Abundance shall not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of the images from any purchase. I also will not be held responsible for the loss of your files due to computer issues or other reasons. PLEASE ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR PURCHASES!

LEGAL COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER

A great majority of my kit elements were: 1) purchased for CU use in image packs 2) downloaded as royalty-free, copy-right-free and free-to-use with no restrictions stock or clipart images.

Much of my freebies are created with free stock and and png images and scrap images that are specified that you may use them for personal use purposes only. Some stock I have paid for, other stock was free to download and use.

I purchase CU elements, and I download the free images and elements in good faith that websites and designers are thoroughly aware of, and respect, copyright laws. I purchase and/or use these free images with the full understanding that they have been sold/shared for legal CU use.

Therefore, I will NOT be responsible if a designer puts an image in a CU pack and it is copyright to you. And I will NOT be responsible if a free stock or clipart site offers an image free to use and it is copyright to you or if it was not intended to be free to use.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES AND RULES APPLY TO MY FREEBIE KITS AND PRINTABLES AS WELL AS PRODUCTS FOR SALE!

I retain the rights to, and may change my policies and rules in the future if I see fit. It is your responsibility to check back periodically for any changes made!
