Welcome & FAQ
Welcome
Thank you for visiting Creative Abundance.
Below you'll find answers to many of the questions I receive about my artwork, free printables, self-directed eCourses, image library, and the resources available throughout this website.
If your question isn't answered here, please don't hesitate to reach out through the Contact page. I'm always happy to help whenever I can.
What is Creative Abundance?
Creative Abundance is a creative lifestyle website dedicated to personal growth, intentional living, creativity, expressive art journaling, reflective writing, poetry, and original artwork.

Every article published on Creative Abundance is completely free to read.
My hope is that the educational content shared here continues to inspire, encourage, and support your own creative journey.

Yes—for personal use.
You are welcome to print and enjoy the free resources for your own personal creative practice.
You may use them in:
- journals
- planners
- scrapbooks
- mixed media art
- creative writing
- home organization

Please do not redistribute, resell, modify for resale, upload elsewhere, or claim them as your own work.
Can teachers use your printables?
Absolutely.
Teachers, homeschool families, libraries, community groups, and educational organizations are welcome to use my free printables for classroom and educational purposes, provided they remain free for participants and proper credit is maintained.
If you plan to use my work in larger educational programs, I'd love to hear from you.
Can I share your printables on my website?
Rather than uploading my files elsewhere, please link directly to the original blog post or download page here on Creative Abundance.
This helps ensure visitors always receive the newest version while supporting my work.
Are your printables available for commercial use?
No.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all artwork, printables, planners, worksheets, journals, coloring pages, and creative resources are provided for personal use only.
Commercial use, resale, redistribution, print-on-demand products, or incorporation into products for sale is not permitted without written permission.
Do you sell digital products?
Yes.
My Etsy shop contains a growing collection of self-directed self-development eCourses, planners, life binders, guided journals, printable resources, and creative collections designed to complement the educational content found here on the blog.
Each product is thoughtfully created to encourage creativity, reflection, and intentional living.
What are the Self-Directed eCourses?
The eCourses are structured educational experiences that combine expressive art journaling, reflective writing, guided exercises, printable resources, and evidence-informed psychological concepts to support creative self-development.
They are completely self-paced, allowing you to work through each experience whenever and wherever it fits your life.
Do I need artistic experience?
Not at all.
The purpose of these creative exercises is exploration rather than artistic perfection.
Whether you consider yourself an experienced artist or someone who hasn't picked up a paintbrush in years, you're welcome here.
Are your eCourses therapy or counseling?
No.
The self-directed eCourses are educational resources designed to encourage creativity, personal reflection, and self-development.
Although they are informed by graduate-level education in mental health counseling and established psychological concepts, they are not individualized counseling, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or crisis services.
Who creates the artwork?
Unless otherwise noted, all original artwork, writing, planners, journals, printable resources, educational materials, and creative content on Creative Abundance are created by me.
Some artwork incorporates AI-assisted imagery as one component within my original creative process. Every finished composition is personally designed, edited, and transformed into original artwork through extensive creative development.
Transparency is important to me, and I believe AI is simply another artistic tool—much like a camera, a paintbrush, or digital illustration software—used thoughtfully within a broader creative process.
Will you continue adding new content?
Absolutely.
Creative Abundance is continually growing.
New content may include:
- articles
- poetry
- printable resources
- journal prompts
- planner pages
- coloring sheets
- guided journals
- original artwork
- seasonal collections
- self-directed eCourses
I love creating, and there will always be something new to discover.
How can I support Creative Abundance?
The greatest support is simply spending time here.
Reading articles.
Sharing blog posts.
Creating with the free resources.
Leaving kind comments.
Recommending the website to friends.
If you'd like to support my work further, purchasing one of my self-directed eCourses or printable collections through my Etsy shop directly supports the continued creation of free educational content and printable resources here on the blog.
On the top left there is also a link where you can donate via PayPal.
A Final Note
Creative Abundance was created with one simple hope:
That every person who visits leaves feeling a little more inspired, a little more creative, and a little more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
Whether you're here to read an article, print a journal page, color quietly with a cup of tea nearby, or begin one of the self-directed eCourses, I'm grateful you've chosen to spend a little time here.
Welcome—and happy creating.
